Magenta is an international company with more than 100 dedicated developers and analysts working around the world to help businesses think better and move faster. Here are some of the key players in the team….
Anton was appointed CEO of Magenta Technology in 2011 having previously served as General Manager responsible for all Product Development and customer implementation services. Under his direction and incisive commercial acumen, Magenta has transformed from an IT consulting specialist with domain expertise in transport logistics, into a product company with a unique portfolio of SaaS solutions and a segmented go-to-market strategy.
His ambition is to build upon that success, by driving the commercial development and delivery of Magenta’s products for a broad range of customers worldwide. Previously Anton was Regional Director with Netcracker (Waltham, USA) an NEC company, where he amassed considerable experience in international commercial IT business.
Mark has been CFO since 2007 and is responsible for the financial operation of Magenta Technology’s business internationally, including financial planning and reporting, balance sheet management, foreign exchange, audit, tax and investor relations programs. He is also custodian for legal, HR and company secretarial matters. With more than 20 years of global financial management experience, mostly within hi-tech businesses including software and telecoms, Mark adds valuable market knowledge and commercial insight.
Slava, since joining the company in 2000, has taken the leadership in the research and development of Magenta’s portfolio of market-focused, dynamic scheduling solutions, to become the driving force behind Magenta’s software design and the commercial development of our IT system architecture development programmes world-wide. Resident in the UK, the key market for Magenta, his expertise has ensured that Echo’s new generation of feature-rich and flexible functionality has continually evolved to address the ever-changing challenges within today’s private-hire marketplace.
Torsten is Echo’s Business Development Director and has more than twenty years’ industry experience having held senior positions with both ground transport and private hire service operators and solution providers. Most recently Torsten held the position of Operations Director at Climatecars, prior to their acquisition by Addison Lee, before working as a commercial consultant managing short term projects for logistics and transportation companies. Torsten also brings to his role at Magenta experience with the solutions side of the industry having held the position of Business Development Manager with Catalina Software, a provider of chauffeur, courier and logistics solutions.
Matt joined Magenta Technology in July 2012, bringing 15 years of experience in the routing and scheduling software industry gained in a number of leading software providers. Prior to becoming involved in selling route optimisation software, Matt was involved in professional services, implementing and supporting routing and scheduling software in Europe, North America and Australia. This insight, combined with operational logistics experienced gained previously, provides Matt with a deep understanding of our prospect’s needs and requirements and the ability to transpose those needs into operational improvements, increased efficiency and improved customer service. This, coupled with an eye for detail, a commitment to providing outstanding service and a desire to build long lasting supplier relationships, ensure new and existing customers get great satisfaction from our solutions and services.
Stuart has over 20 years’ experience advising fleets on how to maximise productivity, reduce operating costs, minimise risk and improve customer service across a wide spectrum of industries including Emergency Services, Security, Logistics, Utilities, Government and Service Management. Stuart has been responsible for many innovative applications of technology with projects ranging from the deployment of a 4,500 vehicle telematics solution for the emergency services during the Greek Olympics to assisting small fleets to maximise asset productivity. His hands-on operational experience of building a business division from scratch and running a nationwide service and customer support organisation, means that Stuart possesses a real world appreciation of the challenges that businesses face when implementing new technologies as markets change.
